We are a friendly and welcoming service that sees children, teens, adults, and older adults.  We also provide couples therapy. At Think Therapy we provide evidence-based psychological assessment and therapy. Cognitive behavioural therapy is a type of therapy we often use. This type of therapy provides important strategies for good mental health.  Other models of therapy we use include Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness Training and Acceptance, and Commitment Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. We also have qualified Clinical Psychologists who can provide Clinical Hypnotherapy. These therapies offer methods to develop self-understanding, new thinking patterns, attitudes, and feelings towards life situations. Making small changes to self-defeating behaviour and coping with feelings of sadness, anxiety, and anger is important for good mental health.
